Luka is Head of Development for Art-Invest Real Estate UK. He oversees Art-Invest’s development projects in the UK, including ​Canada Water Dockside. Canada Water Dockside is a 4.5-acre office-led scheme in Canada Water that marks Art-Invest’s largest investment in London to date.

Luka has 15 years of diverse experience in the real estate sector, having led the delivery of over £1bn GDV of flagship projects in London. Prior to Art-Invest, Luka was Project Director at Argent where he oversaw the development of two plots within the King’s Cross masterplan; before joining Argent, Luka was at LendlLease, responsible for delivering the detailed planning permission for the second phase of the Elephant and Castle masterplan. 

​​Luka is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, in the US, and MPhil and MSc degrees in engineering from the University of Cambridge. ​
