Luke is a key member of Broadway Malyan’s residential design leadership team and project leader on various residential-led mixed use projects across the UK. 

Over the past 16 years Luke has developed a strong track record across the entire project, from feasibility studies through to managing the intricacies of planning and the delivery of clear tender packages and buildable construction packs. 

He has a particular interest in regeneration and designing higher density schemes anchored by place making principles that meet the multi-generational needs and aspirations of modern communities. 

Having designed his first Revit project in 2009, Luke has long been a passionate advocate of the opportunities around digital design and has led the use of BIM Level 2 on a number of successfully delivered projects.
