Madani Sow is one of the UK’s acknowledged construction industry experts, having been an international business leader for over 40 years.  He currently holds the position of CEO of Westminster Development Services Limited, the development management company appointed by Hinduja Group and Onex Holding to oversee the transformation of the Old War Office project in Whitehall, London. 

 

The complex regeneration project included the development of a 5 Star Hotel under the Raffles brand, 85 Raffles-branded residences, a grand ballroom, 9 restaurants, 3 bars, and a Guerlain Spa which successfully launched in September 2023 as ‘The OWO’.  www.theowo.london 

 

Sow’s many achievements range from launching and developing a £300m-sales property development company from scratch to becoming both CEO and Chairman of Bouygues UK, a £1bn+ construction firm with 4,500 employees.  At Bouygues, he was instrumental in the company's significant growth and successful execution of major projects. 

 

Sow was also a committed trustee of the Epilepsy Society, emphasising his dedication to social causes alongside his professional achievements. 

His career is marked by strategic vision, stakeholder engagement in multicultural settings, and a strong ethical foundation.
