Marcos leads the policy, placemaking, and public affairs work of The Fitzrovia Partnership, the Business Improvement District for Fitzrovia. His role focuses on shaping the area’s future as a mixed-use neighbourhood in the heart of central London, working closely with public and private sector partners across planning, public realm, and sustainability.

He has a background in policy, urban regeneration, and community engagement, and is passionate about places that work for people. Marcos sits on the Diverse Leaders Steering Group at New London Architecture and is also Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at Pride in London.
