Marcus is a founding director of Marick Real Estate where he leads the design, procurement and construction.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Marcus has worked at all levels within the development process, he has an excellent understanding of what it takes to put together and manage a successful project team. Prior to founding Marick, Marcus was an Executive Director at Akeler (latterly Goodman) with overall responsibility for conceptual design, sustainability and construction of all new developments. This included the procurement of over 4.5 million sq. ft. of award winning office space.
