Margherita is a qualified ARB Architect with seven years of professional experience.

She began her journey with DMWR Architects as a Part 1 Assistant in 2017 and

was promoted to Associate in 2024 and to Associate Director in 2026. Margherita has extensive experience in mixed-use residential and student accommodation projects, having successfully

delivered over 1,500 rooms.

She has played a key role in several large-scale residential and PBSA developments as well as the refurbishment of PBSA amenities and rooms, for which she submitted various Gateway 2 applications.
