As associate Marion MacCormick oversees several projects. Skilled at managing large scale projects, Marion develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities and external bodies.
She has experience in unravelling complicated planning situations, and believes that a collaborative approach is key to success. This is evident in her working methods with the Durand regeneration’s multiheaded client group.
Marion has worked on award winning projects in the residential, leisure, heritage and community sectors, and has been a key part of the implementation of the Design Code produced for the 1,300 home Marleigh masterplan in Cambridge.
Marion is involved with the RIBA’s Practice Role Model and Architectural Apprentice schemes, is participating in the Future London Leaders programme, and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for architecture at South Bank University.
