Martin Radley is Arup’s hotels and leisure business leader and a director within the firm’s London building engineering business.

He has more than two decades’ international experience in the engineering of hotels – from large mixed-use developments that incorporate hotels new-build towers to the most exclusive island resorts. Martin has also led multidisciplinary businesses in Southern Africa and in Mauritius and has a particular interest in supporting greater diversity and inclusion within engineering.
