Martin joined Barratt London in Autumn 2014 as Head of Planning with responsibility for overseeing and contributing to the Town Planning element of all development projects. 

He is currently working on a variety of projects including the National Institute for Medical Research in Mill Hill; the redevelopment of Morrisons in Camden, and the former Nestlé Factory in Hayes.

Martin joined from the GLA where he was responsible for considering strategic planning applications and managing the preparation of Opportunity Area Planning Frameworks.

Martin worked for ten years at the GLA and prior to that spent eight years at Westminster City Council in the Development Control team.
