Matt focuses on development projects within G&T’s project management division. He has particular expertise in large complex projects and projects procured via Design and Build procurement route. He acts for developers, tenants and owner occupiers and his experience covers a diverse range of projects within the retail, office, residential, heritage, leisure and hospitality sectors.
