Matthew Dibben is the Director of Regeneration, Growth and Capital Investment at the London Borough of Lambeth and Board Director at the Future of London, having previously worked across London in Camden and Brent, having started his career in Bristol.
Matthew has led an ambitious programme across the last five years in Lambeth, in collaboration with strategy partners, developers and the community. Including a new masterplan for Waterloo Station, transformational housing led mixed-use developments at the heart of Brixton, and supporting the borough’s priorities for inclusive growth through culture, enterprise and skills programmes.
Matthew’s experience and knowledge blends planning, regeneration and development, with economic, community and cultural development. Striving to support positive economic, social and environmental impact, balancing interests in complex urban environments.
