Matthew Goulcher

Managing Director

Matthew Goulcher has been Managing Director at Levitt Bernstein since 1997. He leads the Practice’s work in the education sector, with extensive experience of designing academic, pastoral, social and residential facilities for universities across the country. Much of his work has been focused on repurposing existing buildings, particularly on the UCL estate, to enhance student experience, rethink how space is utilised and improve environmental performance.
