Matthew joined St James in 2010 to deliver the Riverlight scheme and is currently Managing Director, St James Nine Elms. The development is located on Nine Elms on the South Bank.  The scheme is designed and master-planned by Rogers Stirk Habour + Partners. A five acre regeneration site located in the LB Wandsworth. The pavilions are accommodated across six buildings, which range from 12 storeys on the western part of the site up to 20 storeys at the east. The scheme is 813 residential units including commercial uses. Riverlight recently welcomed our first residents, a milestone in the creation of the city’s newest cultural district and we now look forward to completing the development.
