Matthew Punshon is a Chartered Surveyor who specialises in making property work harder for public sector occupiers.

Matthew developed the MPS/MOPAC Estate Strategy 2013/16 which delivered £40m of annual savings and generated close to a £1bn of capital receipts, and has been brought in to develop the much more challenging Estate Strategy 2017/21 which aims to halve the size of the remaining estate saving a further £50m of revenue costs whilst supporting the operation change programme. He was one of the founding employees of Trillium, and has recently worked with HMRC and the MOD.
