May is a facilitator and project manager whose work has focused on the creation and management of high-quality public spaces. She also has an expertise in play and nature connection. She has over 20 years’ experience delivering programmes in the public, voluntary and private sector and is now Trilogy’s head of stakeholder engagement and sustainability. Running through May’s work is an intense interest in what makes people, communities, and places thrive. She is an instinctive systems-based thinker – and works to explore strategies that ‘multi-solve’ – enabling places to meet the widest possible amount of needs. Her input enables onsite teams to manage their spaces in ways which makes them more inclusive, creative, resilient and entrancing. At Republic she leads on building social capital in the local area.
