Associate Director at WSP within the Development department (Transport Planning). Melanie has advised private developers including Quintain, Grosvenor Estates, Canary Wharf Group, IKEA, Hammerson and Royal Mail Group, how to maximise the value of their assets by balancing transport capacity with development opportunity.

Melanie is passionate about building communities in which people can thrive, and facilitating growth and change in people and teams. In addition to championing this philosophy in her projects, she is the Treasurer for WSP’s VIBE (LGBT+) network and was appointed the People Lead for Development (London Region) in January 2018.
