Michael currently leads a team using innovative methods to mitigate the impact from London’s major construction projects. He has previously worked in the haulage, construction and security industries.

After returning from a stint in the Caribbean and a few jobs later he started working at Traffic Director for London, TfL’s predecessor. Since then he has progressed gracefully! Michael has a passion for safety and problem solving. Some of his accomplishments include; creating the TfL Construction Guidance Document and forming a network of collaborative working groups.
