As Senior Development Director at Greystar, Michela leads the development business in the UK.

She focuses on overseeing execution of current projects including financing, amenity & unit planning, design, entitlements, construction & lease up efforts on multifamily & student developments. In addition, Michela is helping to secure a pipeline of 10,000 units in the next 3-4 years. She is currently Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s UK Residential Council, a member of the British Property Federation (BPF) Build to Rent Committee & a board member, treasurer & chair of the events & marketing committee of the United Kingdom Apartment Association (UKAA).
