Mihaela is an award-winning architect at Islington-based practice Child Graddon Lewis. Working across sectors that collectively influence and shape our high streets, Mihaela's design portfolio is perhaps headlined by working with some of the biggest and renowned retail brands on a national scale - including Hugo Boss, Boots, Marks & Spencer, Primark and Tesco. Her work directly on retail schemes range in construction costs of £500k to £70m, whilst Mihaela recently won two Revo Gold Awards in two categories for her work on Primark's flagship Midlands store in Birmingham City Centre. The same store was also awarded with Guinness World Record and became finalist in the World Retail Awards. Mihaela has a demonstrated history of working on commercial, educational, community and urban projects.  

  

Alongside Mihaela's design work, she is the lead and internal practice champion of their Health & Wellbeing team and recently wrote and introduced the firm's company-wide menopause at the workplace policy. She is also a registered Executive Practitioner of Holistic Medicine with a key focus on women's hormonal, reproductive and menstrual health. As a co-founder of the Women Academy and an Associate at Foundation Endometriosis and Reproductive Health BG, she is also a published author, medical content writer and support group leader. Mihaela is also an artist, with her great passion centring upon abstract intuitive automatism art.
