Molly Behling is a Graduate Design Consultant at Hilson Moran, having joined the team in 2023. With a keen interest in sustainable design and engineering, she is currently working towards CIBSE Chartership, while actively contributing to the CIBSE Young Engineers Network (YEN) London and CIBSE YEN Global as Communications Officer for both committees. 

Molly holds a Dual Degree in Architecture and Environmental Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Design and Engineering at UCL. Molly plans to centre her dissertation around sports and passive design, reflecting her passion for combining functional and environmentally conscious design principles. 

Molly is an enthusiastic sports champion at Hilson Moran. Her dedication to sports extends beyond the office, where she plays rugby and tennis in her free time for local clubs. She is currently contributing to a range of sports-related projects, as well as urban office developments, with a focus on creating spaces that promote wellbeing and sustainability.
