Natalie Rowland is a Partner at Newmark, providing clear and straightforward town planning advice on a range of transformational projects in central London.  She works for forward-thinking and renowned clients, including developers, great estates and institutions. Natalie was a finalist in the ‘Woman of the Year – Commercial’ category of the Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023.  She has two daughters and is a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in the built environment, sitting on Newmark’s ED&I Committee as well as being founder and chair of Newmark’s women’s network ‘EVE’.
