Natasha joined RM_A in 2019 and became an Associate in 2025. She has experience across residential design, planning, feasibility and masterplanning, working on projects ranging from four homes to large-scale multi phase developments. 

 

Her approach is rooted in understanding the history, character and context of each site. She is passionate about creating high-quality homes and meaningful communities, with a particular interest in how people experience, use and connect with their homes and neighbourhoods. 

 

Living in a newly built deck-access block herself, Natasha brings a valuable first-hand perspective to contemporary housing design. Her experience as a resident gives her direct insight into how design decisions shape everyday life, from the quality and privacy of individual homes to the way shared spaces influence interactions between neighbours. This informs her approach to creating homes that balance comfort, privacy and choice with opportunities for connection and community. 

 

Alongside her project work, Natasha leads RM_A’s Communications Group, supporting the practice’s brand, profile and visibility.
