Neil is a seasoned local authority interim corporate director. Former roles include Directorships at Bristol, York, Northumberland and Northamptonshire. Neil is highly experienced in the fields of Regeneration and Property, Highways and Transport, and Planning. Following a successful career in the construction industry Neil started work in local government as a project director with Hull City Council before moving to Colchester to lead the delivery of £600m of regeneration work. During a successful career as an interim director Neil has also worked in the private and third sectors principally with Barclays Bank, PWC, and the NSPCC.
