Nicholas Okwulu is founder of Livesey Exchange (LEX 2) and Pempeople Inc (People Empowering People). Nicholas has resided on the Old Kent road and worked in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Clinical Sales manager. With a number of years experience, he started delivering projects on the Old Kent road such as Prince Charles and HRH Camilla Visit in 2013, Burgess Park BMX Hub, Associate of Tate Exchange, hosting Southwark Untold, show casing local creatives, Co-founder of Southwark South Design District, and Lead Curator for Permanent Temporary held at Fabrix on Old Kent Road.
