Nick joined Grainger plc in September 2010 as Executive Property Director from CB Richard Ellis where he was Executive Director and Head of Residential.

Nick’s responsibility covers Grainger’s UK residential portfolio and development division. Nick has broad experience in the residential property sector in the UK and abroad, including investment, development and the private rented sector, where his particular interest lies. Nick was also the founder chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s UK Residential Product Council and sat on the London Mayor’s Housing Task Force as well as the Montague review.
