Nick Lester-Davis is London Council’s Corporate Director for Services. He is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of services to Londoners, on behalf of the London boroughs, a majority of which are in the field of transport.

Included among them are services such as the Freedom Pass, regulation of traffic and parking enforcement, London Tribunals and the London Lorry Control Scheme.
