Nick Rowe is a main board partner at independent construction and property consultancy Gardiner & Theobald which specialises in cost management, project management and specialist consultancy services for the built environment. Nick oversees G&T’s market research analysis and chairs their Professional Services Committee helping to set and maintain professional standards across the firm.
Nick specialises in commercial developments in both the City and West End of London. A member of the British Council for Offices with 30 years’ experience, he has worked for a variety of tenants, owner occupiers and developers in Central London. His experience also extends to residential and hotel developments.
