Nigel is Head of the Project Sponsorship Team in Transport for London’s Road Space Management Directorate, acting as sponsor/client for all infrastructure improvement and change schemes on the TfL (Red Route) Road Network.

His portfolio includes London’s Cycle Superhighway and Safer Junctions Programmes. Nigel classes himself as part of the ‘new wave’ of cycling in the Capital, including a Santander Cycle Hire bike ride (without lycra!) in his journey into work, via two of London’s newest Superhighways.
