Nikki is Associate Director responsible for HR and housing delivery and standards compliance and is currently project architect on housing schemes for Peabody and Guinness. She was project architect for Mint Street, a new build residential development for Peabody in Bethnal Green, east London.

Mint Street won a 2015 RIBA London Regional Award and both New London Architecture and Housing Design Awards. Nikki is a mentor as part of the Fluid Diversity Mentoring Programme, developed by the RIBA’s Architects for Change (AfC) committee and the Construction Industry Council and does Part III examining for London Metropolitan University.
