Oli is Head of Sustainability at Montagu Evans and is responsible for working with the business to embed sustainability and ESG into each of the client facing services. 

This manifests in many ways, including in his role co-developing RetroFix – Montagu Evans’ strategic solution to the issue of office obsolescence driven by recent and significant structural changes in the office market.  

  

Since joining 18 months ago, Oli has also developed and launched ME:Estimate, the firm’s proprietary tool for generating high-level estimates of capex required to improve buildings to EPC B, which can then be fed into asset valuation and business planning processes.
