Oliver is a Development Director at Citygrove Securities responsible for securing projects, occupier liaison, leasing and project implementation.  Developments of note include a headquarters office building for St James' Place in Cirencester, completed in 2007, with construction of Phase II planned to commence in 2015 and the development of 145 residential units in Eltham which Citygrove is working on with on a JV basis with Galliard Homes.  He is jointly responsible for the delivery of New Bondway London - a joint venture between Citygrove and McLaren Properties
