Oliver has over a decade of Central London property experience in commercial and residential investments and developments.

In his role as Head of Offices, Oliver leads the implementation of Landsec’s central London office strategy including the evolution of Landsec’s office products and managing key customer relationships.

Oliver has led over 2 million sq ft of leasing across the capital, most notably pre-letting over 550,000 sq ft at 21 Moorfields to Deutsche Bank. 

As an Investment Director he focused on acquisition and disposal strategies as well as investment management of the £6bn Landsec London portfolio. 

Oliver was responsible for delivering Landsec’s flexible office brand, Myo, which launched in 2019; as well as Landsec’s Customised product and services which are being rolled out across the portfolio.

Oliver is a member of the RICS, IPF and ULI. He holds an MSc in Real Estate and IPF Diploma from the University of Reading as well as a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
