Oliver is a Partner leading Montagu Evans' development advisory team, where he focuses on devising and implementing delivery strategies to complex residential-led regeneration schemes across London and the South East. From scheme inception through delivery, he advises public and private sector clients on promoting and delivering public-private partnership projects and developments directly led by local authorities and other government agencies. With over 15 years of experience in regeneration and development, Oliver is perfectly placed to advise clients on such matters, bringing expertise from across the firm as necessary.
