Oliver is an Assistant Conservation, Design, and Sustainability Officer at Westminster City Council where he has worked since 2021. He works alongside the team at Westminster to ensure the special interest of historic buildings, and the character of the wider urban environment is protected, whilst also guaranteeing the proposals meet the city’s sustainability standards. He previously worked for Historic England and in the private sector and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Building History from the University of Cambridge.
