Oliver has almost fifteen years of experience advising on acquisitions, investment sales and development funding in the Central London office market on behalf of Institutions and Property Companies.  He has advised on over £3.5 billion and 6.5 million sq ft of transactions with a focus on the City of London with major success in advising overseas investors.  Of particular note he advised on the sale of ‘The Pinnacle’ development site, the pre-let development funding of One Coleman Street and the speculative development funding of 1 Kingdom Street, Paddington Basin.
