Architecture and design critic
The Guardian
Oliver Wainwright is the architecture and design critic of the Guardian since 2012.
Trained as an architect at Cambridge and the Royal College of Art, he worked at the GLA's Architecture and Urbanism Unit, and later Design for London, as well as in private practice in London and Rotterdam. He has written extensively on architecture and design for a wide range of publications and is a visiting critic at several architecture schools.
