Pam joined The Connection at St. Martins as their CEO in April of this year.

Pam has worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, including 17 years based in Edinburgh.  She was the Training Programmes Manager at YMCA Scotland, Deputy CEO at Edinburgh Cyrenians and most recently the CEO at Providence Row, a homelessness charity based in Shoreditch. Pam specialises in organisational innovation and change, and has worked closely across the public, private and voluntary sectors to achieve this. Her outside work interests include cycling, travel and current affairs.
