Pascal is a Design Director with extensive experience across a wide range of building typologies, including residential, workplace and mixed-use developments. He played a pivotal role in the Ram Quarter regeneration masterplan, which transformed the historic Young’s Brewery site into a vibrant urban quarter in the heart of Wandsworth. Among his current projects is EPR’s first purpose-built student accommodation tower - a 48-storey structure that will be one of the tallest fully modular buildings in the world. Pascal is also deeply committed to promoting architecture education and has collaborated with Open City to enhance the presence of architecture in the national curriculum. In addition to serving as a judge for the WAN and Homes Overseas Awards, he currently sits on the National Judging Panel for the Civic Trust and What House Awards.
