Graduated with a French State diploma in Built Environment and an MSc in Planning & Management in London, Patricia has more than twenty years experience; she joined Transport for London (TfL) in 2004 after four years spent within various French and English consultancies embedded within their planning teams. After eleven years spent advising the Mayor of London in relation to strategic planning applications and planning policies, she joined the property arm of TfL where she heads up its design and planning team, with the aim to derisk, promote and redevelop TfL landholdings to bring forward much needed homes and jobs in London. Patricia has a wide range of experience in dealing with large and complex masterplanning and strategic redevelopment sites from both public and private sectors perspective. She advises and manages all planning aspects of the TfL Property portfolio from early feasibility to delivery across all of its sectors.
