Patrick was a member of the TCPA’s Expert Group advising on Garden City Principles for the 21st Century. He has directed masterplanning projects at Ebbsfleet Garden City, at Manydown as part of the Basingstoke Garden Town initiative and at Welborne Garden Village, Fareham for Buckland Development. Earlier he led a series studies of Sustainable Residential Quality in London and contributed to a number of urban design best practice guides including the Urban Design Compendium and Better Places to Live.
