Patrick Keyes is a planner by profession and a member of the RTPI with over 30 years planning experience.

Starting his career at Southend-on-Sea Council, Patrick held various development control and major projects positions at  LB Havering, London's third largest borough.  Since 2013 Patrick has been Havering's Head of Regulatory Services, responsible for services including Planning, Development & Transport Policy and Public Protection.
