Paul joined the practice in 2007 graduating from Liverpool University School of Architecture.

He was nominated for the Silver Medal for both thesis and dissertation and won the Sikorski Memorial Prize. Before joining AHMM, Paul worked for a number of practices in North West and Wales on a series of educational and residential developments.
