Paul has worked in housing and urban regeneration for over thirty years.

His career has taken him from Belfast via the former mining villages of North Wales, the Black County and East Midlands. He is currently Circle Housing’s Director of Merton Regeneration overseeing the building of 2800 homes across three estates.
