Paula is the Creative Director for Croydon Council responsible for developing a programme of arts and culture throughout the Borough.

This includes leading on developing the operational side of the refurbishment and re-opening of the Fairfield Halls and leading the development of Croydon’s bid to become the London Borough of Culture in 2019. As well as overseeing a programme of arts and culture in the Borough, Paula is responsible for the Museum and Archives Service.  Paula has worked in arts and culture for over 25 years, previously in Brighton and Hove before coming to Croydon in 2016.
