Pedro Gil
Pedro Gil is a registered Architect, Founder + Director of Studio Gil Ltd, and is appointed by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, on the Commission for Diversity in the Public Realm, a group of fifteen community and arts leaders tasked with influencing positive change in London’s public realm that truly reflects the city’s diverse constituency.

He is a member Architects for Change (AfC) , the RIBA Expert Advisory Group which advises on matters relating to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. He is a trustee for Carnaval del Pueblo Association, a registered charity that serves to increase awareness of Latin American culture, and a board member on Community Southwark Voice representing the Latin American community. His interests lie in blending the creative process of crafting buildings with the subtleties of designing for people, places, and communities. He combines Architectural Practice with Academia in his role as Associate Professor at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL and has taught Architecture at several UK Institutions.
