Philip has been with Broadway Malyan since 1989 and became a Director of Broadway Malyan Ltd in 2014. Having worked on a variety of high profile projects in both the UK and internationally, he relocated to the UAE in 2008 and has been an instrumental figure in the management of Broadway Malyan’s Middle East operation and growing the firm’s international brand.

Philip has substantial experience designing and managing large-scale, mixed-use projects and was project director for the high-profile Hazza Bin Zayed stadium and mixed-use development. 

He also spent two years working in collaboration with Renzo Piano Building Workshop to gain successful detailed planning consent for the Shard in London and led the successful masterplanning of Abu Dhabi’s new financial district on Sowwah Island. 

Philip has extensive experience in assembling diverse multi-disciplinary teams and inspires a collaborative working environment with his hands-on approach and enthusiasm.
