Phil is Executive Director of Development at Peabody which he joined following the merger with Catalyst Housing. With a property development career spanning more than three decades across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, he brings a wealth of housing experience. He has also worked for companies including Taylor Wimpey, CityWest Homes, The John Lewis Partnership and SPAR.
