Piers is Head of Commercial partnerships and Policy at VU.CITY, a smart city software platform that is helping transform the Planning & Development process.

Piers works extensively with public and private sector clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects from initial site feasibility through the planning process to best utilise VU.CITY to deliver their objectives. He also advises local authorities and central government on policy concerning the digitalisation of the planning process.

Prior to VU.CITY Piers worked for the global developer Lend Lease and housebuilder Countryside specialising in securing land for development via joint ventures with the public sector focused on housing delivery.
