Rachel is a Senior Development Manager at Pocket Living and is responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to construction start.

 

Rachel has 12+ years planning and development experience, in a range of client-side (Pocket Living, L&Q, Metropolitan Thames Valley) and consultancy roles (CBRE), with an expertise in affordable housing. This includes significant experience across London advising from bid/acquisition through to the realisation of deliverable planning consents for complex projects.

 

Prior to Pocket Living, Rachel headed up L&Q’s London Design & Planning Team. Her portfolio included strategic masterplans, estate regeneration projects and new build resi. Whilst at Metropolitan, Rachel led the revised masterplan of the Clapham Park Estate redevelopment (the UK’s largest detailed planning application).
