Rafaela joined Ryder in 2021 following her graduation from the Delft University of Technology.  She completed her professional qualification in the Netherlands in 2023 and has experience working in healthcare, education and residential sectors.

 

She is passionate about sustainability and helping uplift the next generation of female architects.  She is an enthusiastic mentor to several young women in the practice and is actively involved in organising office training and events.
